Some of our property owners tell us that other estate agents complain that "it's not fair" when we sell our properties at a far lower price than they do. These estate agents insist that Properties Direct should sell our property at the same price as themselves, because our prices take away their chance to sell your home.

This is definitely not the case. These estate agents have as much opportunity to sell your home as we do.

The difference is that we charge realistic commission

We never charge any more than 1.5% commission on our property sales. We are so adamant about this, that if a seller asks us to increase the selling price to match other estate agents, we will refuse.

And we refuse because our pricing structure is of highly beneficial to both the buyer and seller. By charging a realistic commission for the sale of our properties, and not the over-inflated fees charged by some other agents, we make your property more affordable.

So our buyers get better value for money. You save on the purchase price of your new home and you can look at properties that would otherwise be beyond your budget.

An estate agent is only as good as his properties

Unlike many estate agents, we never recommend an exclusive sales arrangement. We always advise you to put your property for sale with as many estates agents as you wish.

So, if an agent refuses to market your home unless all agents are selling at the same price, then walk away. There are over 200 agents operating in Javea alone, so you have freedom of choice.

They would soon complain if THEY had to pay 5% sales commission on their own property!
